Not quite satisfacted with this one




This is my last Dear Jane block and I have to confess, I'm not really satisfacted how it looks.
Maybe I shouldn't have made the strips the same width, but I wanted the block to look like Jane's. I think also my appliqued shapes are a bit to long, maybe I just shorten these.

I'll see, for the moment it stays like this.

I think you've achieved good results with the block. Not an easy one to be sure.

love the fabric! Remember, no one stands in front of a great cathedral and looks at just one stone at a time! Once you finish putting all the blocks together it will be beautiful.

Lil, wow I think it looks great. Making those semi-circles a tiny bit smaller would make those corners stick out a little more, and would be the easiest thing to fix, if it really bothers you. Everything else looks so neat and perfect. You are doing such a great job with these. And thanks for always checkin in! Love Stacy
